Allice Yi is an associate attorney in the Real Estate Practice Group at the firm’s San Francisco office. Allice’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and land use planning. She also handles entitlement procedures, such as permitting, compliance, and due diligence including review of California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) compliance.
Grew up in South Korea, Allice holds a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Seoul. Prior to law school, she worked at Jones Lang LaSalle’s Korea office, where she managed a diverse range of real estate projects, including office refurbishments, office relocations, and the $400 million construction of an office building with a specialized R&D facility.
While in law school, Allice served as a Senior Article Editor for the UC Davis Environmental Law and Policy Journal (“Environs”).
Ms. Yi earned her J.D. from University of California, Davis School of Law. She earned her B.S. in Architectural Engineering from University of Seoul.
