Andrea Bartoloni is a Shareholder in Buchalter’s Portland office and a member of the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group.  He focuses his practice on immigration and corporate law, specifically the practice of temporary working visas, labor certification, employment based permanent resident visas, and extraordinary ability and investor visas.  Mr. Bartoloni assists American companies in international marketing and financing with joint ventures, international licensing, and distribution agreements.  He also assists Asian and European investors with relocation to United States, including land acquisition, financing and setting up manufacturing facilities.

Mr. Bartoloni is also the Honorary Consul of Italy for the State of Oregon.  In this role, he is the official Oregon representative of the country of Italy and aids in providing consular services and encouraging economic development between Italy and the State of Oregon.  It is a prestigious international diplomatic appointment made by the Italian Government and the State Department.

Mr. Bartoloni was named as a Oregon Super Lawyers from 2016-2020. Most recently, Mr. Bartoloni received recognition from Chambers USA as a leader in his field in the area of Immigration (Oregon).

Mr. Bartoloni received his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in 1982 and earned his B.A. from Western Washington University. Mr. Bartoloni also attended the Faculty of Jurisprudence at the University of Florence, Italy and received the degree of Art Teacher from the Art Institute in Florence, Italy.
