Eliana Fields is an attorney in the Firm’s Los Angeles office, and a member of the litigation practice group. Ms. Fields focuses her practice primarily on business litigation and contract disputes in both state and federal court. She has experience representing business entities and high-net-worth individuals in all stages of disputes, including pre-litigation, action commencement, discovery, law in motion, settlement negotiations and trial.
Ms. Fields earned her J.D. cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law, and received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship for her academics. While at Pepperdine School of Law, Ms. Fields earned a certificate in Entrepreneurship and the law, as well as a certificate in Entertainment, Media and Sports Law. Ms. Fields graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Global Studies and Spanish.
