Emily Malhiot is an Attorney in the Firm’s Sacramento office and a member of the Litigation Practice Group.
Prior to joining Buchalter, Ms. Malhiot was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Morrison C. England, Jr., and Honorable Dale A. Drozd for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.

Ms. Malhiot earned her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she served as the Chief Technical Editor for the University of the Pacific Law Review, and held the role of Legislative and Comment Staff Writer. She achieved a B.A. in History with a minor in Political Science, graduating magna cum laude from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
