Glenn Hotchkiss practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation, with a focus on breach of contract and business tort claims, including interference with contractual and prospective business relationships, fraud, conspiracy, conversion, defamation, business disparagement, trade secrets, covenants not to compete, and usurpation of corporate opportunity. For example, he has represented shareholders of closely held corporations in breach of fiduciary duty claims, joint venturers in disputes over their respective duties under joint venture agreements, and intellectual property rights holders in connection with claims of trademark and copyright infringement.

Mr. Hotchkiss also handles construction litigation, as well as lender-borrower disputes. Throughout his career, Mr. Hotchkiss has assumed primary responsibility on a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including ERISA breach of fiduciary duty, intellectual property, auditing malpractice, and insurance overage disputes.

Mr. Hotchkiss has also been recognized in the Best Lawyers in America, for Real Estate Law in2023 & 2024, and additionally for Commercial Litigation in 2025.

Mr. Hotchkiss earned his J.D. at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University where he was the Managing Editor of the ASU Law Journal. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, at Arizona State University. Following law school, Mr. Hotchkiss served as a law clerk for the Honorable Joe W. Contreras (ret.) in the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One.
