John Crosetto is a member of the Intellectual Property and Litigation Practice Groups in the Firm’s Seattle office. He represents clients in matters involving trademark, trade secret, trade dress, false advertising, and unfair competition. Mr. Crosetto advises startups and established companies, including software and hardware companies, equipment manufacturers, video game developers, and creative firms, on licensing, brand development, and brand protection, as well as minimizing litigation risk and finding alternative solutions to intellectual property disputes.

Mr. Crosetto earned his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. He also earned a Ph.D. from the University of Washington in Comparative Literature and was a Fulbright Award Fellow at the Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen. Mr. Crosetto received his B.A. in European History from Princeton University.
