Kaitlin White is an attorney in the Firm’s Nashville office and a member of the litigation practice group. Ms. White has a broad-based litigation practice with a primary focus on business and commercial disputes. She has experience representing corporate and individual clients in both state and federal court in a variety of subject matters, including breach of contract, business torts, and product liability.

- Defended a North Carolina hospital system against breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act class action claims, and secured a complete dismissal of all claims asserted against the client at the motion to dismiss stage.
- Represented the nation’s largest private corrections company with respect to civil rights litigation and commercial disputes.
- Represented companies and individuals in a variety of business and commercial matters involving claims of breach of contract, premises liability, product liability, negligence, and fraud.
- Defended an Abu Dhabi small arms manufacturer against negligence and product liability claims, and secured a complete dismissal of all claims asserted against the client at the motion to dismiss stage.
- Represented national hospital companies and physician practice groups in actions involving noncompetition agreements.
Ms. White earned her J.D. from Belmont University College of Law. She earned her B.A., cum laude, in Political Science and Broadcast Journalism from Texas Christian University.
