Nancy Swift’s diverse practice includes litigating commercial disputes including commercial and residential real estate matters, employment matters and sophisticated corporate and other business litigation.  Nancy also focuses on real estate transactions, including the negotiation and preparation of commercial leases, SNDAs and estoppel certificates, forbearance agreements and similar documents relative to real estate transactions.  Nancy also represents national and local businesses in connection with their roles as creditors in bankruptcy matters.   Nancy’s litigation experience includes representation of financial institutions, antitrust, securities, administrative law and trade regulation. Nancy also handles products liability matters and construction litigation.

Prior to settling in Arizona, Ms. Swift worked for the national law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Washington, D.C. She later served as a Special Trial Counsel in the General Counsel’s office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Swift received her B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science and French from Tufts University and earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. Ms. Swift is fluent in French.
