Natacha Kolb is a Shareholder in Buchalter’s San Francisco office and a member of the Estate Planning and Tax Benefits practice group. Ms. Kolb represents high-net-worth families and individuals in estate planning and administration, business succession planning and philanthropic planning, and advises non-profit clients. Ms. Kolb represent clients throughout California with a concentration in San Francisco, Napa, and Silicon Valley.

Ms. Kolb assists tax-exempt organizations such as private foundations with incorporating and obtaining exemptions from taxation.  Her practice also encompasses the formation of family limited partnerships and limited liability companies.

She advises both domestic and international high net worth individuals and has extensive European contacts.

Ms. Kolb also drafts and negotiates premarital and post marital agreements.

Prior to joining Buchalter, Ms. Kolb was a Partner at Sideman & Bancroft where she was the practice Group Co-Leader for the Estate Planning group.  Ms. Kolb was also an attorney in the estate planning groups of  Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Cooley LLP.  She has also worked at Andersen Tax, an international accounting firm.

Ms. Kolb regularly presents on estate planning issues to financial firms and groups throughout the Bay Area. In 2018, Ms. Kolb was selected as a Super Lawyers Northern California Rising Star.

Ms. Kolb is licensed to practice law in California and New York.

Ms. Kolb earned her LL.M. from The University of California College of the Law, San Francisco. She earned her Master’s in Law from University of Paris I, Pantheon-Sorbonne.
