Olivia Durnell is a member of Buchalter’s Corporate Practice Group in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. Her practice maintains a heavy emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, advising both buyers and sellers from a variety of industries.
Additionally, Ms. Durnell received Pro Bono Honors for her legal work in the community while attending the University of California, Irvine School of Law. Ms. Durnell counseled non-profit and start-up companies on legal matters, ranging from corporate governance to tax exemptions to intellectual property rights.

Ms. Durnell earned her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where she was the Chair of the Women’s Law Society, and participated in Moot Court. She earned her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.
