Philip J. Wolman has handled tax matters in a wide variety of subjects including corporate and partnership tax planning, domestic and international business transactions, executive compensation and employee benefit plan matters, estate planning, business acquisitions and dispositions, equipment leasing, and tax controversies.

Mr. Wolman, who is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale Hubbell, is a member of the American (Taxation Section, Committee on Personal Service Organizations), Los Angeles County (Taxation Section) and Beverly Hills (Committee of Taxation) Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Tax Court.

Mr. Wolman earned an A.B. in History in 1973 from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He attended UCLA School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1976. He earned his LL.M. degree in Taxation in 1977 from NYU School of Law.
