Ronald J. Arias is an Attorney in the Los Angeles office of Buchalter, and is a member of the Firm’s Labor & Employment and Litigation Practice Groups.  Mr. Arias represents employers across all industries and has experience advising and counseling concerning leaves of absence issues, wage and hour issues, and an array of other workplace issues that arise on a daily basis.  Mr. Arias also represents employers through all stages of litigation for single plaintiff discrimination/harassment lawsuits and wage and hour class/representative actions.  Further, he regularly represents employers through mediation, arbitration, and actions brought by federal/state agencies.

Mr. Arias’ experience in commercial litigation ranges from LLC operating agreement disputes to the enforcement of contractual provisions.

Mr. Arias earned his J.D., cum laude, at the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, where he served as a Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board Member and Vice President of Entertainment for the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. While at the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Arias received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. During his time at the University of San Diego, Mr. Arias earned his B.A. in Business Administration and minored in International Business.
