Ross Garrett is an attorney in the firm’s White Collar & Investigations practice group. His practice focuses on government investigations, white-collar defense, and complex business and commercial litigation. Before joining Buchalter, Mr. Garrett practiced at an international law firm where he represented several Fortune 500 companies.

- Defended the CEO of a national diagnostic laboratory in a DOJ investigation, involving allegations of more than $150 million in kickbacks and fraudulent claims

Mr. Garrett obtained his J.D., cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor for the Pepperdine Law Review. He also holds a B.A. in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Vanguard University of Southern California.
During law school, Mr. Garrett interned for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., as well as the Federal Trade Commission in Los Angeles.
