
Sierra Horton is an Attorney in the Firm’s Sacramento office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Sierra has experience in all phases of litigation, and her practice has involved a broad array of business and employment disputes. For example, Sierra has assisted in the representation of businesses and individuals in matters involving trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, partnership and joint venture disputes, and other litigation involving business torts and breach of contract claims. Prior to joining the firm, Sierra served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Consuelo M. Callahan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Before beginning law school, Sierra had a robust career in digital media, entertainment, and publishing.

Ms. Horton earned her J.D. with great distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief and Staff Writer for the University of the Pacific Law Review. She earned her B.A. in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of California, Davis.
