Yvonne Ricardo is an Attorney in the firm’s San Diego Office, and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group. Ms. Ricardo represents employers in litigation involving claims of employment discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, retaliation and wage and hour violations. She has experience representing employers in class actions and representative PAGA cases involving wage-and-hour allegations, including failure to pay wages and provide meal and rest breaks. Ms. Ricardo’s practice also involves advising and counseling clients on questions of labor and employment compliance, drafting employee handbooks, personnel policies, and employment-related agreements.
