“Those have always been the mainstay practices that I’ve been in,” Melcher said. “It’s a situation where I have the opportunity to do commercial litigation and Stites has excellent bench strength in that regard, and frankly as much as I enjoy my tort and liability defense practices — professional liability, transportation [and] employment — commercial litigation is something that is a real need in Atlanta.”
