Buchalter is pleased to announce the firm has been selected as one of the 2018 “Best Places to Work in Orange County,” a joint project between the Orange County Business Journal and Best Companies Group. This county-wide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Orange County, California, benefiting the county’s economy, its workforce and businesses.
Buchalter entered a two-part selection process to be considered for the award, which included an evaluation of the firm’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics, and an employee feedback survey, which was worth approximately 75 percent of the total evaluation.
