A 340,000-square foot office tower located at 101 Continental Blvd. in El Segundo, California recently sold to TA Realty. Shareholder Kevin Lytle and Special Counsel Tina Smith represented the seller, VEREIT, Inc. VEREIT purchased the building in 2014 for $98 million.
