Buchalter Nemer is pleased to announce the addition of Shaleen Brewer. Ms. Brewer has joined the Firm as Of Counsel in the Litigation Practice Group in Scottsdale, Arizona. She maintains a diversified practice in the areas of commercial litigation, business transactions and business, probate and trust litigation. Ms. Brewer also has extensive experience in a broad range of transactional matters, including estate planning, drafting and negotiating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, forming business entities such as limited liability companies, S-corporations, C-corporations, professional corporations and partnerships, and drafting organizational documents, including operating agreements, by-laws, shareholder agreements and employment contracts. She also handles business acquisitions and sales, including asset sales and stock transfers.
