Mr. Puri’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, joint ventures, private placements of equity and debt securities, and other business transactions, with an emphasis in private, middle market, and emerging growth companies. His clients include corporations, partnerships, entrepreneurs, and family-owned businesses in a wide range of industries, including aerospace, bio-agriculture, digital media, entertainment, healthcare, information technology, manufacturing, and wealth management industries.
