On May 16, 2019, Heritage Commerce Corp announced it has entered into a merger with Presidio Bank. At the completion of the all-stock transaction merger, with an aggregated value of $200.3 MM, Heritage’s total assets will total over $4.0 Billion with 17 branches in the San Francisco Bay Area. Heritage Commerce Corp, parent company of Heritage Bank of Commerce, is a California state-chartered bank headquartered in San Jose, California conducting business since 1994.
