Jennifer Misetich, Thomas O’Connell, and Adam Smith obtained a full defense verdict on behalf of their client, the City of West Covina, in Gallagher v. City of West Covina after a 7-day jury trial in Los Angeles Superior Court. This triumph was reached after three years of litigation in which the plaintiff claimed she was a whistleblower and that she was wrongfully terminated in retaliation for alleged complaints of violations of election and other laws.
