Buchalter attorneys closed a $150MM, 46-site acquisition for client Four Corners Property Trust, Inc. (FCPT) in a sale-leaseback transaction with Brinker International (Chili’s). FCPT is a real estate investment trust primarily engaged in the acquisition and leasing of restaurant properties. Buchalter’s team was led by Shareholders Kevin T. Lytle and J.
