Buchalter’s San Diego trial team closed out 2019 with a unanimous jury verdict in San Diego Superior Court for our client, a San Diego technology and service start up that has successfully grown nationally. The contentious three week trial resulted in less than 3 hours of jury deliberation in full favor of our client and its former CEO which had been accused of wrongdoing by a prior contractor.
