Buchalter represented one of Napa Valley’s oldest and most notable wineries in a matter involving its water pipeline. Shareholder James Rose and Senior Counsel Katharine Falace represented the winery in an action to enforce the winery’s easement rights. In a bifurcated trial, Mr. Rose and Ms. Falace obtained an order from the Napa County Superior Court quieting title in their client’s favor and allowing the winery to maintain its water pipeline.
