Buchalter represented Abington Emerson in the $8,075,000 sale of The Shops at Sossaman in Mesa, Arizona. The Shops, a 34,151 sq. ft. unanchored retail center, was built in 2002 and offers the opportunity to build a 0.89 acre pad on-site. Shareholder Renee Shprecher led the Buchalter team.
