Buchalter represented the Bartolucci Family, a multi-generational Napa Valley farming family, in the sale of their Stice Lane Vineyard for an undisclosed amount. The vineyard spans 55 acres in St. Helena and will be converted to certified Napa Green, certified organic, and certified Biodynamic® farming. The Bartolucci family is pleased to pass on the Napa property to like-minded farmers who will maintain the integrity and elegance of the land.
