Buchalter represented VEREIT in the sale of PetSmart’s Corporate Headquarters for $110MM in Phoenix, Arizona. The campus includes three buildings, an on-site daycare center, fitness center, and dog park. The sale is the Valley's highest priced office deal of 2021 so far. VEREIT is a Phoenix-based full-service real estate operating company that owns and manages one of the largest portfolios of single-tenant commercial properties in the U.S., with total real estate investments of $14.7 billion. The matter was handled by Shareholder Kevin T. Lytle.
