Buchalter recently represented MYT Home Health Care, Inc. in its sale to South Bay Home Health Care, LLC. MYT, based in Torrance, CA is engaged in the business of the sale and services of medical supply products, rehab mobility equipment and durable medical equipment. The buyer is a newly established entity backed by private equity sponsors. The Buchalter team was led by Shareholder Raj Puri and Senior Counsel Jerry Janoff.
