Transactional experience includes, negotiating and drafting various business agreements, including joint venture, manufacturing, sales, purchase, independent contractor, non-disclosure, employment and other agreements. Our attorneys also provide labor and employment advice including, handling employee investigations. Furthermore, we also have experience with advising companies regarding legal issues that come up in day to day business operations, often acting in the capacity of outside general counsel.
A unique aspect of our practice, we are able to count an attorney who previously managed the Tokyo office of a large, international law firm and served as Director of Business and Legal Affairs for The Walt Disney Company Japan among our ranks.
