Shareholder Monica Mazzei will be speaking at the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists’ Meeting. Monica will be joined by Diana Richmond as they discuss the topic “Emerging Hot Topics and Trends Affecting Pre and Post Marital Agreements”. Monica and Ms. Richmond will examine the important developments in the law with respect to marital agreements including the effect of recent case law, estate planning and transmutation issues, enforceability questions and concerns regarding same sex unions.
