Program Description:
The April 12, 2017 Inn of Court Program will feature a role-play demonstration of litigation in two competing jurisdictions, featuring emergency injunctions, set across state lines, and tried in State and federal courts. The LACBA Trial Practice Inn of Court meets eight times a year for cocktails, dinner and a one hour MCLE presentation. One of the great benefits of belonging to the LACBA Litigation Section and the Inn of Court is the opportunity to mingle with attorneys and state and federal court judges.
