The presentation aims to provide a high-level scientific and legal overview of key PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) laws with a particular focus on California, Colorado, Maine, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Vermont, and Washington. The presentation will also discuss how Proposition 65 defense is changing how companies are looking at PFAS testing and discussions related to potential litigation.
